Toolbox/Jewelbox

I am actively looking for storage ideas and ways to organise my things especially my jewellery. We were walking down the toolbox section of a plastics shop when Rueben suggested that one of these little toolboxes would be great to store my jewellery. I think it was a genius idea! It’s compact, I can carry it around if I want to and the jewellery won’t get tangled because they are in different compartments.
If you’re South African I hope you are enjoying all the holidays. I am off for this whole week and enjoying being utterly lazy in the cold!

I also love those stacked clear jeweller holders made out of Perspex. Stylish and you can see what’s what. I think I should get some. I’m just taking a break from rearranging our bedroom and promised the man I’d get rid of this big old box I have… but I kinda like it. Hmmm. Have a lovely holiday. I’m so jealous … I’m back in the office tomorrow.

Very cool idea. Their is a great plastic shop near Access park which sells loads of those kinds of tool boxes, I think you have inspired me to do some organising tomorrow.

That is an awesome idea! I really suck at organizing my things (anything physical, really. I am great at organizing data however because I am a nerd lol). I have a few big containers to store my jewelry, and two nails sticking out of my closet to hang necklaces so they don’t get tangled. I also think that earring holders (that look like strainers with tinier and closer spaced holes) are genius.

I’m really bad, I use chocolate boxes (you know, one of those with a different compartment for each chocolate) to keep my jewelery in. I know it’s really naughty but it’s free!
