Thanks to everyone for entering and all the beautiful places you mentioned. It really inspired me to do some more travelling, actually to save up to do some more travelling. I decided that I love giveaways to much that I will be buying something for my readers on every overseas trip I ever take! So, here’s to hoping there are many more!

It’s feels like a long time since I did an outfit post. That’s probably because it has been! I honestly missed it and I didn’t think I would. I think I enjoy doing outfit posts because I love reading other bloggers’ outfit posts. I feel that I also need to contribute to this global movement of outfit postery (term coined by Lauren).

So, this is what I wore today. I was in a girly mood, although I don’t know how girly an all black outfit can really be. Remember those shoes I spoke about, that I splurged on in Thailand? Well, here they are. I really wanted a pair of espadrilles, but struggled to find a pair that fit me. I eventually found these and bought them with my last Thai money! It shows that perseverance pays off.

Hope everyone has a great week. I think it just dawned on me that Christmas is around the corner and that I best start sorting gifts out! Have you started buying gifts yet?

A bunch of us went to see Just Jinjer perform at Kirstenbosch on Sunday. We were all so worried it would rain and it didn’t! I was so happy about that. Just Jinjer is one of my all time favourite bands. I’ve been a fan since I was 13 and I just love their music more and more. Their live performances are wonderful and I am even so bold as to say that if you’re not a fan yet, then you will be after a concert.

Their music is peaceful and beautiful and the lead singer Ard having an amazing voice. The show started off with an acoustic version of “She Knows” and all I did was take a deep breath and sigh at how beautifully it was sung. I sound a bit ridiculous now, don’t I? But, the music and the picturesqueness of Kirstenbosch does that to me!

My friend, Janine, was kind enough to pack a picnic lunch and I definitely ate too much! Good music, cheese, wine and Kirstenbosch…What more can a girl ask for?

In case you’re wondering, that’s me in the first set of pictures. I posted some snippets of my outfit because this is a personal style blog after all. I loved my concert outfit that consisted of a parka, jeans, combat boots, striped top and a gorgeous owl locket bought by Rueben for my birthday.
