Leather Jacket Obsession
I’ve been bookmarking my favourite looks on street style blogs for the past couple of weeks and I noticed a pattern. Most of the looks contain leather jackets! If I haven’t said this before on this blog then I am saying it now, I love leather! This pattern proves it. We can see from these looks that a little biker’s jacket looks great with various feminine looks. It definitely adds some edge to an outfit and makes it more noticeable. I don’t think there is a substitute for real leather. The best thing about it is that it’s a lifetime investment.
Even though Spring is here in South Africa, I don’t think we need to say goodbye to leather jackets just yet. I think they’re an easy way to keep warm on a the chillier Spring or even Summer nights. I’ve owned many leather jackets and found that I could wear them all year. These little jackets look especially good with floral dresses which are undoubtedly very popular already in South Africa.
i wish i owned a leather jacket too! and even if it is a bit warm, you can always just take it off (:

YEAH! I actually ride a scooter and very soon will be riding a bike – now I can get feminine leather jackets!! I’ve always had to wear guy’s jackets. Time to get super awesome looking for summer so that I have a human heater for winter… tee hee hee!
Nevermind about the leather jacket (which I do love) please note the obsession in the pics of the longer length skirt!!!! I LOVE!!!

I have a brown leather jacket and a brown pleather biker jacket both from Woolies. I’m ashamed to admit but I prefer the fake leather one. The real leather is a bit stiff and I feel like I’m trying to hard when wearing it

@Elle, I also have a pleather jacket which I love dearly. Only problem is that when I wear it I always feel like I am going to scratch it somewhere and then it will become unwearable!

Love leather! I just bought an asymmetrical leather jacket with puffy sleeves last week. It made my day!
Haven’t worn a leather jacket in years because my one jacket either got lost or stolen 
I have the most awesome brown leather biker Jacket that I bough at Cape Union Mart, of all places! It cost me a pretty penny, but I live in it in the cooler months, and absolutely LOVE teaming it with feminine looks!

I love leather, but deep down, I feel bad. Nonetheless, I love leather goods, especially vintage, antique leather. The smell, the feel, all vintage stuff is amazing. I do have a leather jacket and it’s a great piece. Now I’m inspired to wear it today! Thank you!
I do want a brown leather jacket. I did have a faux leather bomber jacket, but the fit was off. Must invest in one… someday!
